Business founders Pete and Paul had years of Corporate experience and used that knowledge to create a sales organization that was built with a focus around the family and cared about the people it served, both internally and externally. Breaking down the barriers in the industry they began the company with their two trucks and representing three manufacturers. They have a passionate belief and vision of what InVictus can accomplish. InVictus now represents dozens of world-class electrical manufacturing companies across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Paul Collins
Paul is a proud father of two, with a degree from the University of Virginia where he also played football. In 1990 his Virginia Cavaliers were ranked number 1 in the country for 3 weeks running. He has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, with 24 years at Cooper & Eaton as VP of Sales for the Eastern Region.
Pete Hustead
Pete is a happily married father of one with 35 years of experience in the electrical field. Pete started out as an electrician to PM to opening an electrical division for one of the largest Mechanical & Electrical Contractors in the Mid-Atlantic. Pete enjoys watching his son play college baseball and boating in his off time.
Greg Shockley
Greg is an avid sports fan and VT Hokie Football Alum who spent 16 years as a college football coach with VT, W&M, VMI and Christopher Newport. He played in the National Title game in 2000 against FSU. Greg enjoys traveling & playing golf with his wife Cheryl and spending time with his family and friends.
Eric Freeman
Eric proudly served 10 years in the United States Navy before he began working in the electrical industry. He has over 10 years of experience in all aspects of the Electrical industry, from distribution to agency. He enjoys spending time with his 3 sons and beautiful wife. He enjoys ministry in his off time.
Bill Holton
Bill is a happily married father of two with over 40 years of experience in the electrical industry. He has worked for both distributors and reps as inside and outside sales along with operations and sales/branch management. He enjoys spending time with his daughter and son in Idaho, along with trips to National Parks and Hilton Head.
Keith Regan
Keith worked at Newport News Shipbuilding for over 40 years as a Master Electrician before joining the InVictus team. He is married with one son and one grandson.
Erika Bodak Arnason
Erika graduated from the College of Southern Maryland with a degree in Business Administration. Her customer service experience makes her an invaluable asset to the InVictus family. She has two children.
Chase Ammon
Chase is a father of one with electrical distribution experience. He is a fitness addict and a big hockey fan—Go Penguins!
JaQuayla Cameron
JaQuayla is proud graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Public Relations and an MBA from Liberty as well. She is an entrepreneur running her own Photography Company as well as active with Social Media Development and Content. She is a self-motivated leader who is passionate about Customer Service.
Dustin Tracoma
Dustin is a graduate of Christopher Newport University with a degree in Business Administration and Management. He is an avid soccer and disc golf fan.
Ty Boyette
Ty is a 2018 graduate of New Kent High School and immediately went into the Central Virginia Electrical Contractors Association Vocational Program. He has been in the field since 2019 and most recently has finished installation & commissioning of a security system at one of the Data Centers here in Central VA. Ty has a passion for the outdoors and loves to golf, bowl, snowboard, snorkel, and any type of fishing. He is also a passionate Washington Commanders and Baltimore Orioles fan who is recently engaged and planning a wedding for 2026.
Ben Oberhand
Ben comes with over 10 years of lighting industry expertise serving as a lighting designer for globally recognized architecture firms and running his own energy services company. As an avid adventurer, he has hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, guided Alaskan canoe expeditions, led wilderness survival skills courses, and backpacked around the world. Ben now raises chickens, goats, and pigs on his homestead with his son and wife in King William.
